Instructions
Students are required to arrange for the delivery of documents to the Office of the Registrar, Building A3, 1st Floor, by July 14, 2023. If sending via postal service, please use EMS and ensure that it arrives at the Office of the Registrar, Bangkok University, 9/1 Moo 5, Klong Neung, Klong Luang, Pathum Thani 12120, by July 14, 2066.
1. In case of missing or incomplete Form ป.พ..1 (for example, missing backside or completion date): Please take the following steps:
- provide three copies of the backside of Form P.P.1
- Sign and certify the correctness of each copy.
2. In case of missing or incomplete copies of the house registration or identification card:
- Provide one copy.
- Sign and certify the correctness of the copy
3. In case of missing or incomplete Form P.P.1 (for example, missing backside or completion date):
- Provide three copies of the backside of Form P.P.1.
- Sign and certify true copy of each document.
4. In case of missing or incomplete copies of the house registration or identification card:
- Provide one copy.
- Sign and certify the true copy of each document.
